Before 2014

  What I had done for this year?  Today 20/12/2013, 11 more days, will be another new year again. The first semester going to end soon.

  Before 2013, everyone was worry about gonna be the end of the world this coming year. Some of the citizen even donate all of their money and propeties. However, today, we are "safe"to live until end of the year 2013! In different stage, you will know different type of people. And you don't know when your friend will become your enemy as well. Every year, I can't avoid from arguement. Even though best friend, we still will quarrel too. But end up, we still will be friend back. Some moment, I may like to complain, but I just hope everything be fair and the thing can be better after that. Is that wrong?

  I felt that 2013 is not a good year for me. Whatever I do, sure will be got something make me stuck there. Be confident, be yourself. It's easy to say, but not easy to do. Sometimes you may feel very confident to do something, but it may disagree by others, or just dare to think but not dare to do. Most of the people also will very mind what's the people think about himself. I'm the one of them too. And very scare will having a bad image toward others. We always said we don't mind, we don't care, but actually is it?

  Another weakness is always fail to say out what's in my mind. End up the thing become more complicated or a lot of misunderstanding will happen. When can I found a people to understannd me? Family members are the closest people with you. But most of the time you may not want to say out your problem with them. As you know, they can't solve it for you and even you tell them, it will just make them worry for you. And then you choose to keep inside your heart, slowly it become a kind of stress.

  Everything can be think positvely, but can you? Unless your EQ level very high, if not you still will be nervous when you facing a problem. Money is not everything, but everything is money! So please don't tell me money is not important. If money is not important, then you study so hard for what? And you no need to show off how much money you have, it's just come from your parent's pocket. I choose to suffer now, rather than suffer in the future.

  Now is just the learning stage, then when will be the ending stage? Everyone have their own opinion and decision, I just hope got a person will listen to my story and respect my decision. Is it you? Can you be my listener? I know you willing to.

  Keep the spirit, move on 2014.

Negara kita, harapan kita

  Malaysia, satu negara yang penuh dengan sumber semula jadi, dan mempunyai iklim yang baik. Sepatutnya, negara ini senang dimajukan dan dapat berdaya saing negara-negara lain. Tetapi, situasi sekarang adalah terbalik. Semua yang kita ada, melebihi negara lain seperti Singapura, tetapi Singapura dapat lebih maju daripada kita, Malaysia. Ini adalah satu perkara yang amat sedih dipandang oleh masyarakat.

 Sebelum pilihanraya, mereka berjanji akan berbuat yang terbaik untuk rakyat. Selepas menang, apa yang mereka telah buat?Harga Naik. Belanjawan tahun 2014 amat dikecewakan. Tiada apa faedah yang benar-benar dapat membantu masyarakat tahap miskin. Sebaliknya, telah menambahkan beban keluarga. Ini bukanlah dasar yang kita mahu ada.

  Pertama, GST akan dikenakan pada tahun 2015. Kedua, harga petrol naik. Ketiga, harga gula naik, tiada subsidi diberi lagi. Keempat, cukai pintu dinaikkan. Kelima, harga barang keperluan akan terus dinaikkan. Keenam, caj perkhidmatan pengangkutan dinaikkan. Kelapan, harga eletrik naik. Kesembilan, harga tol akan dinaikkan nanti. Adakah ini yang rakyat ingin tengok?

  8 tahun yang lepas, PTPTN akan meminjam lebih kurang RM3000 untuk satu sem kepada mahasiswa-mahasiswi IPTA. Selepas 8 tahun, maksudnya tahun ini! PTPTN masih memberi pinjaman yang sama kepada semua mahasiswa! Adakah ini bermaksud tahun dari semasa ke semasa, semua barang di Universiti termasuklah makanan tidak pernah naik harga? Tambahan pula, kerajaan telah memgumumkan tentang pada depan akan memberi baucer Rm250 kepada semua pelajar STPM dan IPTA/IPTS. Adakah cara ini betul-betul ada menjaga kebajikan semua pelajar?

  Apa yang kita ada sekarang? Kita perlulah sentiasa berhati-hati apabila berjalan di jalan raya. Kerana anda tidak mengetahui bila akan menjadi target penjenayah. Kita perlu bertambah beberapa lock di rumah lagi kerana kita tidak mengetahui bila akan menjadi target pencuri. Wanita-wanita juga perlu berhati-hati semasa berjalan di tempat gelap kerana anda tidak mengetahui mungkin anda telah diekori oleh perompak di belakang. Apakah yang pihak berkuasa sedang lakukan? Bilakah kita boleh letakkan tekanan seperti ini?

  Kita bukan suka mengadu, kita hanya ingin mendapat satu tempat yang aman dan selesa untuk tinggal. Kita hanya ingin mendapat satu keadilan untuk semua bangsa. Adakah ini susah dicapai?

  Woo, got another new family member appear in my family =) Who is her/him?

  She is my niece! Her name is Valerie Ang Chai Shuen. She born on 15 of November 2013. So, start from now, i no longer the youngest in my family =D

  For chinese traditional, the baby and mother have to stay in home for 1 month cannot go out. As they said, is to prevent get any sickness after borned. In this moment, my mother have to take care my sister's drink and food because the body will be very weak after borned. 

  

  Be a mother is not easy. You have to very careful when take care the baby as she still very small size. Just 3.6kg! When u bath for her, you have to hold her carefully so that wont hurt her bone or anything. Other than that, you also have to very careful when feeding her. You have to make sure the milk is not too hot. 

  Take care a baby is not a easy job. You will never get a enough sleep every night. As i know, she will always crying or awake in the midnight~Besides, nowadays all the stuff for baby also quite expensive. Example the clothes, milk and those baby stuff. When add up together are quite costy. On the other hand, this is just the beginning stage, when the baby grow bigger, everything have to buy again.

 So, please respect your parent! You will never know that how much they have sacrifice for you.

Winter Solstice Festival 2013

  This year, KIY, KUO and KBH the 3 three kolej in UKM had combined together to organise a event named as Winter Solstice Festival 2013. This is the first time the three kolej coorperate to organise a event. All of the ajk were the first year students and guide by second year senior and KIY fero, Pushpawani Ramaloo.

  The logo of this event designed by our publicity group. They were put so must effort to design the logo. Our titile was "Dong Zi Wu Yu" (The story of Winter Solstice). The purpose of organise this event is to show our chinese culture and celebrate winter solstice together with the different races.

 Before the event started, every week the ajk had to go KIY meeting to discuss about the work.

Besides that, the program group had prepare different type of traditional performance such as Tarian Singa, 24 seasoned drum, diabolo and so on.

  Winter solstice festival is 1 of the important important culture for chinese. I hope this event can be continuosly organised in the future.

  


 

Set 4

  Hari ini merupakan kelas kuliah yang terakhir untuk set 4 Aplikasi Komputer. Ini bermakna hari ini mungkin adalah kelas yang berakhir bersama dengan Encik Azzwan.

  Set 4, nama pensyarah : Encik Azzwan.

  Beliau merupakan seorang yang suka bergurau dan sporting dengan pelajarnya. Saya berasa beliau lebih istimewa daripada pensyarah lain. Why? Sebagai contohnya, pensyarah lain hanya akan mengajar tentang subjek mereka sahaja. Tetapi, dia bukan, selain mengajar.beliau akan berbual-bual antara satu sama lain.Ini telah menyebabkan kelasnya lebih menarik. (walaupun sesetengah masa telah menggunakan masa yang terlalu banyak untuk berbual, haha!) Dan salah satu sebab saya mengaguminya adalah, Encik Azzwan dapat mengingat nama semua pelajar dalam kelasnya! Ini adalah sata perkara yang saya jarang nampak dalam kelas kuliah lain ( dan sampai kelas terakhir hari ini, saya masih tidak dapat ingat semua nama dalam kelas ini^.^)  sekali lagi saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Encik Azzwan, kerana beliau telah memberi ajaran yang amat berguna kepada kita.

  Seterusnya, UKM merupakan Universiti yang amat terkenal di Malaysia. Tetapi, mengapa komputer yang kami guna di makmal masih dalam kualiti yang amat rendah sekali? Adakah pihak berkuasa haruslah menggunakan sebahagian dana untuk meningkatkan mutu makmal FEP?  Masalah ini telah menganggu kami semasa menjalankan lab test. Kami terpaksa menyiapkan tugasan dengan menggunakan komputer yang lag lag lag~~ Dan kami tidak tahu bila-bila masa, komputer kami akan tiba-tiba tertutup atau "masalah teknikal". Adakah kemudahan asas ini susah untuk dipenuhi?

  Akhir sekali, Set 4 ini mempunyai seramai 42 pelajar yang diwakili kaum melayu, cina dan juga india. Walaupun kami sentiasa duduk bersama sama kaum, tetapi kami masih akan saling bantu-membantu dengan kaum lain apabila menghadapi masalah. Mereka tidak pernah berasa untuk takut berkongsi pengetahuan. Sebagai contohnya, apabila saya mempunyai masalah tentang tugasan individual (mircosoft words & excel), Fiza dan Fikri sanggup meluangkan masa untuk menjelaskan kepada saya dan kawan saya. Pada pendapat saya, tugasan kumpulan juga amat memberi manfaat kepada kami. Melaluinya, kami dapat berkomunikasi dengan kawan lain dan juga merapatkan hubungan.

  Kesimpulannya, saya memahami Encik Azzwan sentiasa tegur kami adalah kebaikan kami. Di sini, saya berjanji akan membuat yang terbaik dalam final test, dan mengamalkan apa yang saya pelajari dalam kelas pada masa depan. Semua benda yang dipelajari dalam kelas pastilah amat berguna pada masa akan datang.

Sesi Pembentangan

  Pada 11/12/2013, kami telah menjalankan sesi pembentangan untuk Aplikasi Komputer. Setiap kumpulan telah diberi 20 minit untuk membentangkan topik masing-masing. Sesi tersebut telah dijalankan selama 8 jam dari 8am hingga 4pm. Sesi ini adalah untuk membentangkan Power Point and Access. Kami telah menggunakan masa itu dengan sepenuhnya.

  Topik kumpulan saya adalah Media Sosial. Kami telah menggunakan beberapa media sosial yang amat popular kini seperti facebook, whatsapp, twitter dan instragram. Media-media sosial tersebut telah banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat kini. Walaubagaimanapun, kami hanya menggunakan 15 minit untuk membentangkan topik kami. Dalam pembentangan tersebut, kami telah menghadapi sedikit masalah teknikal yang menyebabkan menangguhkan sedikit masa untuk sesi ini. Oleh itu, saya meminta maaf kepada semua ahli yang melibatkan dalam perbentangan ini.Ringkasnya, kumpulan saya telah bekerjasama dan saling bertolak ansur dalam melaksanakan tugasan ini.

  Secara keseluruhan, semua kumpulan telah membuat yang terbaik dalam sesi pembentangan ini. Semuanya telah mempersembahkan video yang amat menarik. Saya berharap Encik Azzwan akan berpuas hati dengan usaha kami. Tambahan pula, saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Encik Azzwan kerana telah memberi komen yang amat bermanfaat kepada kelas kami.

Bersyukur

  Kita perlulah sentiasa bersyukur yang apa kita ada sekarang. Biasanya, kita akan sentiasa menyalahkan orang yang telah membuat kesilapan. Ini hanyalah akan menjadi minda kita sentiasa berada dalam keadaan yang negatif. Sepatutnya kita perlulah memberi peluang kepada orang lain untuk membetulkan kesilapannya. Ini bukan sahaja dapat menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, dan juga dapat mengelakkan kesilapan yang sama berulang kali. 

 Seterusnya, kita perlulah bersyukur kepada ahli keluarga, terutamanya ibu bapa. Jangan berbanding dengan keluarga lain. Setiap keluarga mempunyai masalah mereka. Jangan selalu bertanya apa yang masyarakat boleh buat untuk anda, berfikir dulu apa yang anda boleh buat untuk masyarakat ini.

 Bersyukurlah cabaran yang anda menghadapi sekarang. Ini mungkin membawa kesusahan sekarang, tetapi ia mungkin akan membawa kesenangan pada masa depan. Kita mestilah belajar dari kesilapan. Bersyukurlah masa bersama dengan kawan-kawan, Sebab kita tidak mengetahui bila itu masa akan berpisah. Janganlah bersikap suka mengira. Kita mestilah saling bantu-membantu apabila mempunyai masalah.

 Secara ringkasnya, kita mestilah sentiasa bersyukur kerana kita mempunyai kehidupan yang selesa dan keamanan berbanding dengan negara yang miskin dan mundur.

  

PTUM'13

  Pada 3 Disember 2013, PTUM telah berjaya mempersembahkan persembahkan mereka. Mereka juga telah menjemput Timbalan Menteri Pendidikan Ke-2, Y.B Tuan Kamalanathan untuk merasmikan Malam Kebudayaan tahun ini.

   Cerita drama kali ini adalah berkaitan dengan percintaan satu pasangan. Mereka telah mengaitkan cerita ini dengan sebatang pokok besar. Seorang wanita yang sanggup menunggu peneman yang telah meninggallnya selama 10 tahun. Gambar-gambar di bawah merupakan semua watak dan penari untuk drama kali ini. Mereka telah mempersembahkannya dengan penuh semangat.

 

  Persembahan kali ini telah menarikkan lebih kurang seribu orang. PTUKM kali ini juga telah membawa seramai 100 ahli untuk menyokong mereka. 

  Akhir sekali, harap persembahan PTUKM Ke-34 pada 6/12/2013 juga dapat membawa satu persembahan yang amat istimewa kepada semua penonton.

Leadership and Teamwork

  Leadership and teamwork are very important for a management to control  their team. Without a good leadership, a work cant be done with good quality while without teamwork, the work also cant be done with a fast speed.

  For my opinion, a leader should not only know to order your team member to work for you. You should guide them and share your skills with them. You cannot expect everyone can learn everything by ownself. If they can done it themselves, how come they still need a leader? To build a leadership, is a long-term knowledge and you can't learn it inside the books or class, it can only learn through experience. A leader required to have a higher EQ than IQ. A boss can order their workers work anytime, but a leader cannot order their workers to work without any explaination. As a leader, you must become learn to be friendly with your team members, so that they willing to share their problem with you. As the result, the productvity will be increase. Besides that, you need to listen other's opinion, instead of forcing other to follow your way.

  In addtion, you never thought that a work can be done perfectly by only 1 person. A building needed a lot of people to build it, a company need alot of workers to work for it, and an event also need a team to organise it. And please, as a team members, dare to share your opinion with others. Since you decided to join the team, please be coorperate with others too. If a small event you also fail to handle, how you manage to success in your future? Do not only live in your world. And try think for others.Avoid be selfish only think of yourself. Everyone have their problems too. A team made up of a group of members. If everyone also not willing to work, who else be?

  For conclusion, good leadership and teamwork are very important for a organisation to succeed.

LOST

   Everytime when come the end of the year, we will flash back what have we done in this whole year. In this year 2013, I had lost 3 things.......

  Firstly, I lost my hair. 

  Time really fly very fast. In the beginning of this year, January, I went to Banting Jugra for National Service (PLKN) for 8 weeks. Due to previously I'm postponed, so I have to go for it when I'm 20. It never been too late. Even though I'm elder than others ( as majority are 18), but I still can socialise very well with them =) And having a good experience stay inside the jungle. You only can get back your phone on Friday or Saturday! You're served with 6 meals per day (but not really delicious right?) And girls and boys always be divided into two different group~ and lastly, majority of the time in NS were..................study!! (totally wasting our time)

Between, I think the only thing that make everyone excited should be the M16 session, flying fox and other outdoor activities.

The first time I'm botak and i think will be the last time too~~

  Second, I lost her. I hope she have a enjoy life at another side =)

  Lastly, I lost my car T.T  I had been drove it for more than 2 years. Why it leave me alone?! It's happen around end of August. I'm just parked it outside of my house's gate and it's locked! Why the thief want to play this kind of game with me? Dear government, when only you will let your country safety? It's really troublesome without a car, especially when you need to go out. 

I miss you badly, BJM 1769........

  In a nutshell,everything had pass. Now, let's us set a target for the coming new year 2014! Moving forward, do till the best! =D
