Leadership and Teamwork

  Leadership and teamwork are very important for a management to control  their team. Without a good leadership, a work cant be done with good quality while without teamwork, the work also cant be done with a fast speed.

  For my opinion, a leader should not only know to order your team member to work for you. You should guide them and share your skills with them. You cannot expect everyone can learn everything by ownself. If they can done it themselves, how come they still need a leader? To build a leadership, is a long-term knowledge and you can't learn it inside the books or class, it can only learn through experience. A leader required to have a higher EQ than IQ. A boss can order their workers work anytime, but a leader cannot order their workers to work without any explaination. As a leader, you must become learn to be friendly with your team members, so that they willing to share their problem with you. As the result, the productvity will be increase. Besides that, you need to listen other's opinion, instead of forcing other to follow your way.

  In addtion, you never thought that a work can be done perfectly by only 1 person. A building needed a lot of people to build it, a company need alot of workers to work for it, and an event also need a team to organise it. And please, as a team members, dare to share your opinion with others. Since you decided to join the team, please be coorperate with others too. If a small event you also fail to handle, how you manage to success in your future? Do not only live in your world. And try think for others.Avoid be selfish only think of yourself. Everyone have their problems too. A team made up of a group of members. If everyone also not willing to work, who else be?

  For conclusion, good leadership and teamwork are very important for a organisation to succeed.
